Viking or Saxon Bronze Clasp

Viking/Saxon. Clasp. Circa 9th-10th century AD. Bronze (45 mm x 27 mm x 9 mm, 8.19 g.). Although this design is not unique to Viking occupied England we believe that attribution is more likely than not. The design seems to match several similar items from the same time period and location. This could less likely be of earlier manufacture up to late Roman times.
